In order to provide an effective and cost effective product, IRC draws upon  experienced experts when necessary on an assignment-by-assignment basis. We have long-term relationships with leading professionals in the development and investment side of the real estate business, including architects, engineers, lawyers, zoning experts and accountants.

Compensation

Retainer and success fees agreed upon to reflect engagement depth, breadth and complexity.
