IRC aims to successfully manage our clients' real estate development projects in today’s difficult construction market. We attempt to complete projects on schedule and on-budget while protecting the reputation and capital of our clients. 

Projects include new greenfield development, tenant build-out to refurbishing and repositioning properties.

IRC acts as owners’ representative and will lead the process throughout the design, zoning and permitting, development and construction stages.
