Regional, location and property type exposures are important risk factors that are evaluated and modeled. Also, other guidelines relating to development exposure, life cycle, and leverage are important considerations in measuring and limiting risk.
Investment strategies developed for our clients include core, value-added and opportunistic real estate in domestic and international markets. We also seek and originate co-development opportunities where the our clients – either as a GP or a LP - provide a percentage of the project’s required equity, and acts as a co-developer of the project thereby receiving its share of fees.
