Eduardo Canet is an independent real estate development and investment consultant. He has a track record of assisting family offices, private equity investors, and bankers in identifying, originating, and bringing to fruition profitable real estate opportunities. Transactions have included land purchases for commercial/residential development or the acquisition of undervalued income-generating properties for portfolios. He has led project teams of bankers and consultants that have encompassed 20+ million of square feet and more than $10B in value.

He has had successful careers in both investment banking and real estate, executing some of the largest transactions over the past several decades. Eduardo began his career at First Boston and later at Bear Stearns where he was a Senior Managing Director and one of the highest revenue producers in the international banking group. He focused primarily on the origination and execution of transactions for large industrial clients and family groups. An early exposure to real estate led to his involvement with many high-profile development and investment projects in the United States, England, Spain, and Mexico.

Eduardo holds a BA from Georgetown University and an MBA in finance from Columbia University.
